The 20 checkpoints are mounted on vital locations of your tour. Checkpoints can be mounted using the Deggy brackets or by gluing them on any surface with Super Glue/liquid nail.
Placing a Deggy button in the Deggy key fob makes it possible to use it as an electronic ID for security officers. The officer can carry the fob and each time he/she begins and ends a shift, he/she touches the pen with the key fob. This procedure will track when and where the guard starts and ends the shift.
The Deggy download station is connected to a USB port of a computer in which the Deggy Control software has been installed.
The Deggy event table is a powerful and easy way to track incidents during a tour. The event table holds 12 buttons. Each button is registered as an incident, according to the properties' requirements, such as "car towed", "escorted trespasser off premises", "open door", "broken window", etc... If during the tour any event occurs, the officer touches the corresponding event checkpoint. Its done: the incident, time and location are all recorded! With something as easy as this, the officer can keep focus on his duties.
The security officer touches checkpoints and events with the pen. The pen collects all data: date, time and location. The Deggy pen has an impressive memory. It can hold up to 11,000 hits.
Downloading the pen into the download station transfers tour data to the computer. Tour reports can then be generated, e-mailed and printed.
